We are grateful to live in a community where people want to help other families in need.Donate your pre-loved items and drop-off at our unit, providing you’ve booked with us.
BOOK YOUR SLOT TO DROP ITEMS OFF AT OUR HQ
We give pre-loved baby items to other families. Please see our Amazon wishlist to find out what we currently need the most. Donations can be dropped off at our main unit providing you’ve booked in with us.
Walk-ins are currently not available. You must book a slot using the booking form in order to drop items off with Leeds Baby Bank.
HOW TO BOOK YOUR SLOT TO DONATE ITEMS
FILL OUT THE FORM AND ENTER YOUR DETAILS
Simply fill out the form with details about you and the items you’re wanting to donate, the condition of them and the quantity.
SELECT A DROP OFF SLOT TO SUIT YOU
Book a date and time that suits you to drop off your donated goods. We’re open Monday to Friday 09.00 - 15.30.
DRIVE OVER WITH YOUR ITEMS!
Pull up by the front door, press the doorbell located to the right and our friendly team will meet you there to assist with unloading your items.
ITEMS WE DON’T ACCEPT
At Leeds Baby Bank we are governed by strict regulations and guidelines as well as limited for storage. This is not an exhaustive list, if you have any queries on what you cannot donate, do not hesitate to contact us.
WE ACCEPT A VARIETY OF DONATED ITEMS
Here is a list of acceptable items to donate:
Sealed formula. Powdered or liquid, no prescription formula
Bottles, NEW teats & other feeding items
Sterilisers (cold water, microwave or electric)
Nappies, nappy bags and liners (New and sealed only)
Changing mats
Toiletries for babies and adults & baby wipes (Sealed and unopened)
Sanitary products
Breast pads and breast pumps
Prams and strollers (no used car seats)
Moses baskets, cots, cot beds and toddler beds (no mattresses)
Bedding and sheets for Moses baskets, cots and cot beds.
Stairgates
Slings and baby carriers
Changing or travel bags
High chairs
Baby Baths
Toys and books (no cuddly, soft toys or toys of a very large size)
Bouncy chairs (no large swing seats or activity chairs)

CHECKLIST BEFORE DONATING YOUR ITEMS
Please make sure that before you book your slot and donate your pre-loved items that you have read our checklist and understand what we can accept.
all fittings & screws
Please include all fittings/screws for stairgates and cots. If you have any instruction manuals as well, that’s a bonus!
clean & good condition
Please only donate items that are clean, free of stains, in good working order and in a condition you’d happily pass onto friends and family.

Please check straps, brakes and wheels are in a good working order on buggies and that the buggy can be folded.
WASH ALL CLOTHING/LINEN
Please wash all clothing, towels or bedding before donating to us.
EMAIL US ON CLOTHING
For clothing aged 0-5, please email us to see what we’re currently accepting. We often close for clothing donations as we receive large amounts of these donations.
